Frequently asked questions
How do you improve FM radio reception?
Straighten the handle properly above the radio, as the FM antenna is built into the handle structure.
Why does the sound distort at high volume?
Emphasising the bass with the equaliser while playing at high volume can cause sound cracking and distortion. Reducing the volume fixes this.
What power source should be used during software updates?
Use the AC power adaptor as the main power source whenever upgrading the software.
Does USB charging affect the speaker performance?
Yes, the maximum output volume of the speaker decreases while a USB device is charging.
